Dr. Neubauer · Explosion · Short pips

Explosion Pro

A faster, firmer Explosion for players who want more penetration without giving up the flat pips ball.

Explosion Pro raises the pace over the standard Explosion while keeping the same disruptive character. The firmer sponge rewards an active swing: blocks come back deep, and a committed drive travels flat and quickly. Passive play remains usable but is less absorbing than on the Soft build. Spin production stays modest and should not be confused with reversal.

Known users

Fast-block and hitting players — pen-hold forehands and close-to-table backhands that punish topspin early.

Dr. Neubauer publishes no athlete roster for this sheet, so TTDNA shows the player profile it is built for instead of invented names.
