Haifu · China

Haifu rubber database

The canonical Haifu catalogue: the tacky Blue Whale generations, the faster White Shark line, both Pirates sheets, the control-oriented Otariidae, the Dolphin short pips, the Penguin medium pips, the Octopus long pips and the pips-out O. Orca. Editions and factory tuning are structured properties of one identity, approval evidence and market status are separate facts, and specifications that could not be verified are left empty rather than estimated.

Haifu is the canonical brand. HAIFU, Hai Fu, Haifu Table Tennis, Haifu TT and 海夫 are alternative spellings of the same Chinese manufacturer and never separate brands.

Approval evidence and market availability are recorded separately. A commercial listing is not proof of current ITTF legality, and an approval listing is not proof of current production. Approval is never inherited by an edition, and no expiry date is invented.

Market status describes current commercial availability only. A sold-out button or a low-stock warning is a stock state, not a discontinuation, and where availability could not be verified it stays unknown.

Commercial, provincial, national and training editions are structured properties of one canonical product, never separate records. Factory tuning is stored per edition and is never inferred from an edition name, and an edition never inherits the commercial version's approval.

Factory tuning status is a separate fact from the edition level. Where no source states whether a sheet leaves the factory tuned, the status stays unknown rather than being assumed.

Generations are never merged automatically. Blue Whale I, II and III, White Shark I, II and III, and Pirates 07 and 08 are separate records, and no specification is copied between them.

TTDNA values are TTDNA's own editorial 0–100 ratings. They are not official Haifu measurements and are never a conversion of the Haifu manufacturer scale.

O. Orca is confirmed as a pips-out rubber, but sources disagree on the pips geometry. Its rubber type stays empty rather than being guessed, and no rating is published until the geometry is confirmed.

Retailer-only identities whose relationship to an approved product is unverified are stored but hidden. They never appear in public counts, search results or filters.

Haifu also sells glues and boosters such as Sea Moon and the Blue Whale glue and booster products. Those are not rubbers, so they are excluded from this catalogue rather than mixed into rubber filters or comparisons.

Thickness options are stored exactly as Haifu publishes them. OX means the sheet has no sponge and is never stored as 0.0 mm.
